Indicted Aviation Thief, Stella Oduah, 3 Others, Sacked

The indicted Nigeria Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah has been relieved of her ‘juicy’ position.

This is coming months after several panels indicted her of overseeing massive thievery in all the agencies she supervised as minister of Aviation. It could be recalled that the embattled ministered misappropriated millions of Dollars in a messy Armoured BMW Purchase Scandal.

Other ministers booted out of President Jonathan’s sloopy cabinet are Minister of Police Affairs, Caleb Olubolade; Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe; and Minister of State for Finance, Yerima Ngama.

They were asked to resign to save them the humiliation of being sacked.

It is not immediately clear why Messrs Olubolade, Orubebe and Ngama were asked to leave.

But Mrs Oduah was sent packing over corruption-related offences.

She was indicted by both the House of Representatives and a presidential committee for compelling an agency under her supervision, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, to buy her two exotic armoured cars in violation of Nigeria’s public procurement laws.

The notorious minister is also involved in a multiple certificate scandal. She claimed to have earned a doctorate and masters degree in non-existent universities in the United States.
