Sagna has been ruled out for the Gunners weekend clash against West Brom, having picked up a hamstring injury during the Napoli game midweek.

Arsene Wenger revealed the news during the team press conference today, adding to a long list of injury worries for the club.

He said: “Sagna will be not be available, he has a hamstring injury and will be out for three weeks.”

“West Brom will be a difficult test, they have a massive squad with experienced players.

“Carl Jenkinson will likely to deputise for Sagna.

Santi Cazorla will not be in contention for the weekend Premier League clash as he makes his steady recovery from an ankle problem, while Yaya Sanogo could be in contention for the first-team after the international break.
