It’s the custom of Paradigm Shift Nigeria to promote good work and accomplishment no matter the race, colour, sexual orientation or religious affiliation. This article is not a sponsored or paid article; it’s the recognition of achievement by one of Nigeria’s very best.

The internet has redefined the way we run our lives, from our daily office routine to the simplest task, solutions are just a click away, we simply Google any question in our heart. Gone are the days of seeking knowledge and advise from unconventional sources, so hilarious isn’t it?

More importantly, the social media network has transformed our lives. We connect at will with past acquaintances, make new friends and share information within our cycle at the snap of a finger. Gidilounge, located in Lagos Nigeria with its server in Toronto Canada, was launched in October of 2010. It is a Nigerian media network that has transformed online communication, by
removing mediocrity and bringing in professionalism, practicing at best international standard.

Gidilounge has an online presence around the world via its online radio, video and music platform. The network launched its apple, android and blackberry apps recently. Its recorded huge success and followership in its first year of test run especially with its radio programming. Gidilounge presently runs 21 shows in 24hours and 7days a week. Majority of the shows, though presently running based on American timing, will change this March as the company
launches its ultra modern studio next month in Lagos, Nigeria.

Lot of background work, research and development has been done in the last year considering the fact that mobile online radio reaches a new and totally different demography compared to the internet web pages. In Nigeria, mobile Internet service delivery has improved in the past year making it the best period to launch out. Presently, connecting to its enriching programming via mobile devices makes it’s easy and without any breaks, thanks to its dedicated servers for mobile broadcasting. The music player is a magnificence to use; in fact it’s a relief. Most radio app doesn’t work or require some form of subscription but this service is absolutely free.

Before now, I had taught nothing can get me addicted on social media save twitter. With the launch of gidilounge radio app, the storyis different. The apps can be downloaded on http://apps.gidiloungeapp/

This is just part one of this article, I promise to do a sequel soon as the studio opens officially to the public next month. I would have loved to do a more precise analysis, but few words are incapable of describing the functions of this service that is revolutionizing the media industry in
Nigeria. Experience teaches better than words can ever explain, so visit and have an experience you would wish doesn’t end soon.
